In 1913, Irish Anglican priest and noted historian John Dreclincourt Seymour collated and published this collection of Irish court cases and witch trials from 1324 to 1911. Presenting this dark exploration of Ireland’s occult history, Seymour captivates readers with this in-depth volume on sorcery and the supernatural. Carl Wilhelm von Sydow (1878-1952), he was a Swedish folklorist. He founded the Folklivsarkivet in Lund and participated in the formation of the Lund Scientific Society.
